我們設計了一種切合污水流量每日小於 20立方米的廠家使用的小型全自動污水處理設備,它可處理不同的污水類型,主要可按廠家的污水特性,而調整污水處理程序、方法及時間,處理後的污水從而附合環保規範排放。 該設備是採用分批式把污水定量注入反應槽,電腦程序控制器 (PLC) 控制污水處理反應的環境,例如:酸鹼度、時間及添加的藥量,並利用氣浮或沉澱設備,把沉澱物去除,去除污染物的污水然後達標排放;跟著泥漿自動排進淤泥脫水裝置,把淤泥脫水成泥塊合法棄置。

Small batch wised fully automatic wastewater treatment equipment have been launched. It can treat difference kinds of wastewater by adjustment of treatment process, method and time. A treated wastewater is consequent compliance in legislation. The wastewater is transferred batch wised into reaction tank by PLC control. The pH, treatment time and chemicals dosing are dominated by PLC programs. Finally, precipitate is removed by air floatation unit or sedimentation from the treated wastewater. After discharged the treated wastewater, slurry is then transfer automatically into dewatering device to press as sludge and cake.

One of the biggest problem of the industries is related to the disposal of spent / exhaust solutions or generally of the wastewater. Our advanced system can handle wastewater charaterized by very high level of contaminants inside. We manufacture membrane separation systems, for the wastewater treatment mainly in pilot plants and industrial plants with on-site tests, feasibility studies, design and development, production, installation and servicing. 在排放的污水中,經常含有一些污染物,其引起 COD及BOD的污染非常高,在現行環境中,國內環保局已經加強排放污水中的COD及BOD的限制,但以往的排污系統一般未有顧及該等排放規限,故未能達標。 現本公司可供應污水處理設備,除可去除水中一般的污染物外,還可以減低污水中的 COD 及 BOD,符合現行環保要求,達標排放。 另外更提供自動污水回收設備,除解決COD及BOD的排放問題,並可回收在水洗過程中所產生的污水,以達到污水回收再用的目的,回收量達 95%,而且生產之回收水可達純水級。設備回收處理系統是採用先進的薄膜技術為核心,並配以先進化學氣浮方法作預處理,再利用 “超濾 (UF)” 、 “反滲透 (RO)” 及 “納濾 (NF)” 共同使用,使污水中絕大部份的污染物去除,使污水淨化,從而得以回流生產工序中重新使用。

Nowadays, discharges of COD & BOD are restricted in many district. Normally many existing wastewater treatment facilities are neglected to remove COD & BOD contents. We can provide a fully automatic wastewater facilities to remove COD & BOD complied the local discharge regulations. Besides dissolving the environmental problems, the wastewater can be recycled to production using our equipment. Air floatation and membrane technologies (using “UF”, “NF” and “RO”) are applied by the treatment facilities. Approximate 95% wastewater and DI grade water can be recovered by the machine. |

該系統是柔合不同的處理技術:污水經薄膜生物反應器、超濾、反滲透,蒸發器 / 結晶發生器等處理,處理後所產生的純水適合循環再用或直接排效進大自然的水體中。 該種處理流程描述如下:第一步是薄膜生物反應器,它是由生物活性淤泥系統及超濾系統組合而成,實現連續地將污水中的生物淤泥分離;同時一些能生物腐化的物質,都能在薄膜生物反應器內內去除,若有需要,氨氮化合物亦可同時去除。 第二步是多階段式反滲透系統,用作處理經超濾系統處理後的污水,該系統能濃縮水中的溶解固體較一般傳統的反滲透系統為高,達到更節省能源及提高效率。 而在反滲透系統排出仍然是液體的濃縮液進入蒸發器 / 結晶發生器,用以將濃縮液體積減小,直到將濃縮液內的污染物成為淤泥或固體,方便棄置。而所產生的純水可直接循環使用或根據法例排放。 |
The system is a combination of different technologies: Membrane bioreactor, Ultrafiltration, Reverse osmosis, Evaporation / Crystallization combined to obtain purified water suitable to reuse or to be discharged in natural water courses. The process is generally developed as follows: the first step is membrane bioreactor, a combination of an activated sludge biological system and an Ultrafiltration system, that performs a continuous separation of the biomass from the treated effluent. In a membrane bioreactor the biodegradable substances are eliminated and, if necessary, ammonia and nitrogen-based compounds can be removed. The second step is a multistage reverse osmosis system treating the Ultrafiltration permeate. The system can concentrate the feed solution to higher dissolved solids rates than the ones reachable with the traditional reverse osmosis systems, achieving better energy efficiency and optimal membranes performance. The concentrate, still liquid, can be further reduced in volume through the evaporation / crystallization step, until reaching a sludge / solid form, while the permeate can be directly reused, or discharged according to the law restrictions.

Membrane bioreactor is a combination of an activated sludge biological system and an Ultrafiltration system that replaces the conventional phase of sedimentation by gravity. Ultrafiltration membrane, being an absolute barrier for the sludge, is also avoiding the entrainment of sludge in the treatment effluent, trouble that often occur in the traditional settling tanks because of bulking phenomena. In the raising of material cost, recovery of raw material is now being considerated. In electroplating industrial, many plating solutions are drag-out from the production and disposed through the rinsing water as waste. An innovative machines are invented by our R & D. The membrane filtration technologies are adopted in our recovery machines. Raw materials of electroplating solution can be concentrated from separated streams of wastewater. The concentrate can be directly replenished into plating bath and the permeate can be recycled into plating process as rinsing water. The recovery machine can be used in wide range of different types of plating solution. A cost saving can be gained after using the recovery machine. |
